He is survived by his wife, Rose Mary Carter Beckett; children, Tynasha Beckett Smith, Latonda Wallace, Quinn Douglas Beckett, Jr., Edward Wallace, Cynthia Carter, Reshirl Harvey, Willie Mae Beckett, Sadie Beckett, Raisha Beckett and Angelnic Beckett; nine grandchildren; sister, Cheryl Beckett; nephews, Dewayne Beckett, Thomas Beckett and Anthony Beckett; and niece, Rosyln Beckett.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Beckett and the former Sadie Ross.
You were a excellent father, caring and true. I will miss and always hold you special in my heart. Though gone too soon I know it was best for you. God is still faithful and true. Love you Daddy. Love the Beckett Fmaily.
