Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Toni Touchet Foreman, 56, who died Sunday, November 3, 2013, at her home surrounded by family and friends. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Cedric Sonnier officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Brady Duhon, Brandon Duhon, Damian Foreman, Mitchell Schexnyder, Lance Vincent, and Jace Bourque. Serving as honorary pallbearer will be A.J. Frederick.
Toni was an amazing daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She spent her life caring for others and will always be remembered for her warm heart, generous nature, and contagious smile. Her legacy lives on through her children and grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
She is survived by her mother, Leta Touchet; her husband of 33 years, Eldridge "Eek" Foreman; one daughter, Tiffany and her husband, Brady Bearb; one son, Travis Foreman and his wife, Kayla; and her six grandchildren, Jenna, Lexi, Julia, Bradyn, Norah, and Vivian.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward "Red" Touchet; her mother-in-law, Alice A. Foreman; and her grandmother, Delia Matthews.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, November 4, 2013 from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Tuesday, November 5, from 9 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the many family and friends who visited, brought food, and offered prayers, as well as to the wonderful staff of Hospice of Acadiana. You all truly brought joy and comfort to Toni in the final days of her life.
