Freeman John Labit

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend William C. Blanda officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Raymond BoBo, Blaine Pitt, Mark Flory, Neil Picard, Randy Picard and Ryan Broussard. Honorary pallbearer will be Howard Cormier.
Freeman was a loving father. He was an avid LSU Tiger fan.
He is survived by his daughter, Cassidy Labit of Abbeville; mother, Beverly Savoy Labit of Abbeville; and sister, Diana Frederick and her husband, Don of Abbeville.
He was preceded in death by his father, Roland John Labit.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church. A rosary to be prayed at 10:00 a.m.
