Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Juanita Gale Babineaux, 68, who died Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Lafayette General Medical Center. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Johnathan Janise officiating the services.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-one years, Calvin Paul Babineaux of Kaplan; two sons, Patrick Babineaux and his wife, Rebecca of Dickinson, Texas, Kevin Babineaux and his wife, Kristine of Kemah, Texas; her dog, Prince Fabio Babineaux; one sister, Loretta McDaniel of Kingwood, Texas; one brother, Sherman McDaniel and his wife, Elizabeth of Crosby, Texas; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie McDaniel and the former Della Broussard; and two grandchildren, Andrew and Ashley Babineaux.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Saturday, November 30, 2013 from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Sunday, December 1, from 11 a.m. until services.
