Kaplan—A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Allen Joseph Gary, 62, who died Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at his residence. Reverend Johnathan Janise will be officiating the services.

He is survived by his son, Dakota Gary of Kinder; one sister, Joyce DuBose of Toledo Bend; one brother, John Gary of Lake Charles; Betty and her husband, Michael Miller of Kaplan; his brother-in-laws; several nieces and nephews; and god children.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Michelle Miller Gary; his parents, Aca John Gary and former Theresa Matte; his mother-in-law, Kathy LeBeouf; his father-in-law, Robert Daspit; and one sister, Eva LaBouve.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, December 6, 2013 from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Saturday, December 7, 2013 from 8 a.m. until services.
