He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Theresa Broussard Aucoin of Forked Island; three sons, Shannon Keith Aucoin and his wife, Daphne of Humble, TX, Timothy Marceaux of Forked Island, and Jared Marceaux and his wife, Jennifer of Forked Island; two daughters, Kimberly and her husband, Brent Theriot of Forked Island and Tess and her husband, Troy Monceaux of Kaplan; one sister, Rita Mouton of Gueydan; seven grandchildren, Shannon Keith Aucoin, Jr., Taryn Jenee Marceaux, Laney and her husband, Ben Gauthier, Logan Schexnider, Alex Schexnider, Trey Monceaux, and Kaylyn Monceaux; and one great grandchild, Juniper Aucoin.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sophie Aucoin; four brothers, Larry Foret, Calvin Boudreaux, Colbert Boudreaux, and Anthony Giroir; and five sisters, Margie Dyson, Elda Landry, Lily Queen, Lovelyn Leonard, and Meg Feske.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Wednesday, December 24, 2014 from 8 a.m. until services.
