Hilda Suire Marceaux

ABBEVILLE—Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2015 at First Baptist Church of Abbeville honoring the life of Hilda Suire Marceaux, 92, who died Monday, January 26, 2015 at Eastridge Nursing Center.

Hilda was a member of First Baptist Church of Abbeville.

She is survived by her son, Raymond Joseph Marceaux; two daughters, Charlene Marceaux Dauzat and Linda Ann Marceaux; two brothers, Preston Joseph Suire and Joseph Wilton Suire; two sisters, Zoie Suire Stout and Lillian Suire Turner; four grandchildren, Shanda Dauzat Stiles, Dawn Dauzat Bitar, Dustin Faulk and Heath Marceaux; and ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Lionel Marceaux; parents, William Suire and the former Avelia Touchet; infant son, Joseph L. Marceaux; daughter, Carolyn Marceaux Campbell; and sisters, Onezia Suire Trahan, Lillias Suire Cenac and Jeanne Suire Duprey.
