Pearl Gaspard Desormeaux

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon Randy Hyde officiating the services.
She is survived by her sons, Daniel Desormeaux and his wife Joyce, William Pene and his wife Patti, and Ronald Pene; sister, Mildred Sellers; twelve grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren .
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Ovey Desormeaux Sr.; parents, Leonce Gaspard and the former Ella Frederick; son, Joseph Desormeaux, Jr.; daughter, Dianna Lynn Lege'; five brothers, Cliffton Gaspard, Wilton Gaspard, Woodrow Gaspard, Weston Gaspard and Preston Gaspard; and sisters, Marie Harrington and Mabel Hebert.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, February 8, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Monday February 9, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
