Pecan Island—Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Glad Tiding Church honoring the life of Mrs. Emma Lou Hardin Winch, 83, who died Thursday, February 19, 2015 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Pecan Island Community Cemetery with Rev. Eno Dautin officiating the services.

She is survived by her son, Donavon Winch and his wife, Geri of Pecan Island; one daughter, Donna and her husband, Warren Dale Winch of Pecan Island; one sister, Esther Bourque of Pecan Island; one brother, Carl Hardin of Abbeville; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sanders "Blackie" Winch; and her parents, Elmer Hardin and the former Eva Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Glad Tiding Church, 27520 W. Highway 82, on Friday, February 20, 2015 from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m.; Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 8 a.m. until services.
