Kaplan — Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Kaplan Cemetery honoring the life of Hazel M. Vincent, 96, who died Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Kaplan Healthcare Center. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Matthew Barzare officiating the services.

She is survived by her two sons, Devons Vincent and his wife, Becky of Kaplan and Conroy Vincent and his wife, Cheryl of Kaplan; one sister, Jane Mouton; three grandchildren, Kate L. Vincent, Claire V. and her husband, Justin Guidry, and Lance Vincent; one step-grandchild, Rachel and her husband, Luke Lopez; three great grandchildren, Gage, Gracie, and Jordie Guidry; and four step-great grandchildren, Taylor, Trent, Trevor, and Tanner Lopez.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy P. Vincent; two sisters, Maudrey Deshotels and Gladys Trahan; and two brothers, Ledwood Mouton and Edwin "Joe-Joe" Mouton.
