She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Rev. Stephen Ugwu officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Gavin Cessac, Aaron Harrington, Chris Bilski, Mark Davidson, Marcus Davidson, and Art Davidson. Honorary pallbearers will be follows Brandon Smith, Chris Guidry, Jake Richard, and Olugbenga Oguntuase.
She is survived by her five sons, Robert Joseph Davidson and his wife Brenda, David Cleveland Davidson and his wife Alma, Duane Davidson and his wife Rhonda, Johnny Arnold Davidson and his wife Yvette, and James Frederick Davidson and his wife Julia; brother, Freddie Payne; ten grandchildren, Pam Cessac, Mark Davidson, Chris Bilski, Aaron Harrington, Priscilla Harrington, Art Davidson, Marissa Guidry, Marcus Davidson, Megan Richard, and Abby Smith; and numerous great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Davidson; parents, Fred Payne and the former Vera Noceto; daughter, Lana Ann Harrington; grandson, Scotty Davidson; and two brothers, Clayton Payne and Elmer Payne.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Monday, August 31, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
