He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Rev. Gregory Cormier officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Bennett Choate, Boyd Choate, Garett Thibodeaux, Justin Darbonne, Patrick Domingue, and Thomas Frederick.
He is survived by his wife, Verna Duhon Frederick; son, Bryan Frederick and his wife Trina; four daughters, Pauline Thibodeaux and her husband Guy, Annette Frederick, Myra Frederick, and Angela Frederick; eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; brother, Raymond Frederick; and six sisters, Una Comeaux, Audrey Hale, Yvonne Frederick, Florence Hebert, Joyce Peltier, and Gloria Mouton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ougustine Frederick and the former Nola Guidry; and brother, Reaux Frederick.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Friday, September 4, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:15 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
