He is survived by his two sons, Dexter Trahan and his wife, Nancy of Kaplan and Michael J. Trahan and his wife, Mary of Kaplan; seven grandchildren; and nineteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Trahan; his parents, Charles Trahan and the former Naomie DeBlanc; six brothers, Sidney, Romeal, Whitney, Otto, Otis, and Cesar Trahan; five sisters, Lawrence, Jeanne, Evelyn, Aline, and Amanda; one great grandson Landon Guy Trahan; and one granddaughter-in-law, Dana Vincent Trahan.
A rosary will be prayed at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2015 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church.
