She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Father Mark Miley officiating the services.
She is survived by her sister, Winnie Trahan of Conroe, TX; numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Appel; parents, Evellier Guilbeaux and the former Edna Babineaux; sister, Agnes Stakes; and three brothers, Murphy Guilbeaux, Ursey Guilbeaux and Roy Guilbeaux.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Monday, November 23, 2015 from 9:00 am until time of service with a rosary to be prayed at 11:00 am
