She is survived by her son, Thaddeus Chauvin of New Iberia; granddaughter, Suzzanne Chauvin of Abbeville; and great grandchildren, Briona Guidry, Raylynn Guidry, Mason LeMaire and Wynter LeMaire Fontenot.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Chauvin, and her parents.
