She is survived by her son, Dwight David Touchet, Jr.; mother, Lovenia Schexnider Mire; two brothers, Steven Mire and Edward Mire; two sisters, Verna Bourque and Emily Gaspard; three grandchildren, David Touchet, Sasha Touchet and Marcus Touchet; and a great grandchild, Kaidan Touchet.
She was preceded in death by her father, Allen Mire; and a sister, Virginia Trahan.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
