He is survived by his wife, Del Dean Mouton David; three sons, Derek David of Broussard, Dirk David and his wife, Kim of Abbeville, and Ryan David and his wife, Nichole of Nunez; one sister, Kathleen D. Broussard of Youngsville; seven grandchildren, Kori, Claire, Analyse, Zach, Trace, Luke and Casey David and his wife, Morgan and one great grandchild, Cooper David.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ignace David and the former Audrey Langlinais; and his brother, Bernie David Sr.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 from 10 a.m. until the services with a rosary being prayed at 1 p.m.
