Gueydan—Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 at a 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan honoring the life of Tanner Michael LaBauve, 15, who died Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Women's and Children's Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Gueydan Cemetery with Reverend Clint Trahan officiating the services.

He is survived by his parents, Ray LaBauve and Jaimi V. LaBauve of Gueydan; two brothers, Jase and Ashton LaBauve of Gueydan; his maternal grandmother, Brenda S. Vondenstein of Gueydan; his maternal grandfather, Kenneth W. Vondenstein of Alice, TX; and his godparents, Jill Simon of DeRidder and Chris Vondenstein of Youngsville.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Peggy Arpin and Ray LaBauve, Sr..

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan, 311 Fourth Street, on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 8 a.m. until services.
