Carol Hebert Dore

ABBEVILLE - A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, honoring the life of Carol Hebert Dore, 83, who passed away on July 28, 2025, at Ochsner Lafayette General. Deacon William Vincent will officiate at the funeral service. Pallbearers will be Joshua Campbell, Drew Campbell, Nicholas Trahan, Lane Campbell, Phillip Trahan, and Zachary Campbell. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery.

A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville, 209 S. Saint Charles St., Abbeville, on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 9:00 AM until the time of services. A rosary will be prayed at 12:30 PM.

Carol was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her son, Walter Campbell and his wife, Candy of Abbeville; two daughters, Leslie Trahan and her husband, Dennis of Metairie, and Jill Campbell and her husband, Andy of Delcambre; grandchildren, Joshua Campbell, Drew Campbell, Nicholas Trahan, Lane Campbell, Phillip Trahan, Zachary Campbell, Allie Campbell and Ashley Hebert; four great grandchildren; and sister, Linda Sonnier of Lake Arthur.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Mayonce Hebert and the former Lillie Broussard; and two sisters, Brenda Meyers and Phyllis Hebert.
