David Robert Guerra

Abbeville—Graveside services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, July 31, 2020 at St. Paul Cemetery honoring the life of David Robert Guerra, 65, who died Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at his residence.

David is survived by his wife, Idell C. Jackson; mother, Dorothy Duhon Mergist; father, Adam Benny Mergist; four sons, Tyrell Jackson, Jamareo Jackson, Robert Guerra and Joshua Guerra; two brothers, Adam Benny Mergist, II and Lance Mergist; three sisters, Loretta Milliman, Roslyn Broussard and Leah Menard; mother-in-law, Audrey Broussard; and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Calvin Broussard.
