Jed Allen Simon

ABBEVILLE – A private memorial service will be held at a later date to honor the life of Jed Allen Simon, aged 55, who passed away on July 3, 2025, at his home. Born on March 11, 1970, in Erath, Jed grew up to become a skilled auto body technician. He was a man of simple pleasures, known for his love of cats and his passion for singing in church.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Connie Primeaux Simon; mother, Marie Velma Simon; and brother, Joseph A. Simon, Jr.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph A. Simon, Sr.; and sister, Donna Marie Simon.
