A Mass of Christian Burial, officiated by Reverend Paul Bienvenu, will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 5, 2026, at St. Alphonse Catholic Church, honoring the life of JoAnn Hebert Vincent, who passed away on June 3, 2026, at Our Lady of Lourdes Heart Hospital. She will be laid to rest at St. Alphonse Cemetery alongside her husband.
Serving as pallbearers will be Miguel Fage, Morrison Hebert, Chad Peltier, Clint Peltier, Austin Hebert, and Justin Hebert. Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Langlois and Peyton Fage.
Jo Ann was a dedicated sales associate for 41 years, contributing her talent and warmth to both Anthony's and Stage stores, where she built lasting relationships with customers and coworkers alike. Jo Ann found joy in the simple pleasures of life, especially spending time with her family and friends. She cherished weekend mornings, where she delighted in serving donuts at Vincent's Donut King, a tradition that brought smiles to many in the community. Her love and spirit will forever be remembered by those whose lives she touched.
A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Abbeville, located at 209 S. Saint Charles St., Abbeville, on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 1:30 PM, when the procession will depart for the church. A rosary will be prayed at 11:00 AM.
Jo Ann is survived by her loving daughter, Natasha Vincent Fage and her husband, Miguel; her brother, Joseph Morrison Hebert and his wife, Sue; her fiancé, Timothy Langlois; sisters-in-law, Tammy Trahan and her husband, Ray, and Dawn Hebert; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Wade Vincent; her parents, Joseph Gabriel "Gabby" Hebert and the former Audrey Mae LeBlanc; siblings, Mary Callahan, John Wayne Hebert, Carolyn Peltier, and Kent Hebert; brothers-in-law, Steve Peltier and Sterling Callahan; niece, Patty Callahan; and her in-laws, Lurby and Floyd Vincent.
