Joseph Roland Dubois

Funeral services officiated by Deacon Bryan Istre will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan honoring the life of Joseph Roland Dubois, 90, who passed away on December 11, 2025. He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Grant Domingue, Jackson Domingue, Andre Dubois, Alec Toups, Lance Melendy and Charles Hunter Jr. 

A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 10:30 AM. 

He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Domingue (Brian); his two sons, Keith Dubois and Brent Dubois (Brandy); seven grandchildren, Grant Domingue (Bethany), Ashley Melendy (Lance), Danielle Dubois, Andre Dubois (Kennedi), Christian Dubois (Alysse), Victoria Toups (Alec) and Chloe Dubois; twelve great grandchildren; and his sister, Peggy Langlinais.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Dronet Dubois; his parents, Freddie and Yvonne Dubois; his son, Dexter Dubois; and two brothers, Daniel and Ray Dubois.
