Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Joseph Daniel Menard, 89, who died Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon William "Billy" Vincent officiating the services.
He is survived by his wife. Burdiel Hebert Menard; and son, Michael "Mike" Menard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Octa Menard and the former Inez Gaspard; and siblings, Junius J. (Myrtis) Menard, Lovelace (Pearl) Menard, Dalton (Delphine) Menard, Lionel J. (Alice) Menard, Alpha (Gloria) Menard, Annie Mae (Maxine) LeBlanc, Eunice (Ivan) Broussard, and Irene (Don) Mitchel.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles St., on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 11:00 AM until time of services
