Together, they raised their son, Michael Labit, fostering a close-knit family that cherished time spent together. For over 20 years, Lois worked alongside Jessie and Michael in the water well service industry.

She led a full and happy life—after retiring from her role as a secretary in the water well service, she found joy in playing pokeno with friends, frequenting the casino, and indulging in nickel bingo. She also cherished moments spent at home, enjoying puzzles, crosswords, and game shows. Lois loved traveling with her husband to destinations like Mexico and Spain, creating memories on various cruises.

In her final days, she found comfort surrounded by her son and grandchildren, filled with music, love, and laughter.

Lois is survived by her son, Michael Labit; four grandchildren, Braydon Labit, Michelle Thomas, Ryan Pommier, and Mitchell Pommier; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Dailsy Fields Brode.

She is preceded in death by her spouse, Jessie Labit; parents, William Fields and the former Laura Bonin; son, Darren Labit; daughter, Karen Pommier; and brothers, Daniel Fields, James Fields, Willard Fields, Leon Fields, Clifford Fields, Titos Fields, and Danny Fields
