Mark Breaux

A memorial service officiated by Deacon Byron Soley will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 14, 2026, 2:00 pm at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan honoring the life of Mark Brian Breaux, 69, who passed away on January 23, 2026, at Ochsner Medical Center New Orleans Hospice Wing. 

Mark was an avid lover of Bass fishing and any kind of hunting. He also loved to cook and invite friends and family over and chance he got. A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 10:30 AM. 

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Annette H Breaux; his children, Blair Breaux of Abbeville, Brett (Britney) Breaux of Abbeville, and Jenna Breaux of Kaplan; three grandchildren, Nash, Nate, and Bristol; one sister, Becky Conley of Kaplan; and one brother, Scott Breaux of Kaplan.

He was preceded in death by his parents Dallas Breaux and the former Margie Nell Sonnier; and two brothers, Ricky and Randy. 

The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Nick at Hospice New Orleans Wing and to all the teams of doctors and nurses who cared for him.
