Mildred Faulk Landry

Funeral services officiated by Deacon William "Billy" Vincent will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, September 08, 2025 at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan honoring the life of Mildred Faulk Landry, 91, who passed away on August 29, 2025 at Ochsner Acadia General Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Brandan Duhon, Mason Duhon, Griffin Duhon, Harris Paul Stelly, Gage Stelly, and Brian Hollier.

A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Kaplan on Monday from 9:00 AM until the services at 1:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 11:00 AM.

Mildred was known for her creativity, always keeping her hands busy with a variety of crafts. In her spare time she enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Whether she was baking delicious treats for family gatherings, sewing beautiful garments, or crocheting cozy blankets, her creations brought joy to those around her.

She is survived by her daughter, Kay Landry (Russell) of Kaplan; two grandchildren, Brandan Duhon (Jenny) and Blair Duhon; four great grandchildren, Mason Duhon, Addison Mire, Griffin Duhon, and Kenlee Cormier; three step grandchildren, Dodi Robicheaux (Eric), Charmaine Hebert (Cade), and Lambert Landry (Celeste); seven step great grandchildren, Russ Robicheaux, Peyton Cuccia, Nicholas Cuccia, Olivia Robicheaux, Landen Landry, Lexx Landry, and Nola Landry.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Kendall Landry and Mark Landry; her parents, Adam Faulk and the former Enix Hebert; two brothers, Harris Faulk and Ray Faulk; and one sister, Hazel Stelly.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the entire staff at The Ellington Nursing Home for their exceptional care and compassion, as well as the staff at Ochsner Acadia General Medical Center.
