Raydell Jane Abshire

ABBEVILLE - A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday June 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Hebert Cemetery, Sweetbay Road, Abbeville, for Raydell Jane Abshire, 85 who passed away on Saturday June 21, 2025 at Ochsner Lafayette General Hospital. Pastor Jake Weido will officiate. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Paul A. Morello, Dudley Sarver, Mike Sarver, Travis Vasseur, Chase Vasseur and Sean Hart. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Morello Sarver and her husband, Dudley; son, Paul Anthony Morello and his wife, Lisa; grandchildren, Missy Vasseur (Travis), Mandy Hart (Sean), Mindy Credeur, Anne Morello (Alex Burgos), Mike Sarver and Megan Fitzpatrick; and great grandchildren, Chase Vasseur, Maci Hart, Isabel Credeur, and Eloise Credeur.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph E. Abshire and the former Una Lemaire; brothers, Frank Abshire and Jerry Abshire; and three infant siblings.
