It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ricky Becker, born on June 23, 1969, in Erath, Louisiana. Ricky departed this world peacefully on November 3, 2026, in Kaplan, Louisiana. He was 57 years old.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, cherished by those who knew him. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Ricky found joy in watching sports, spending time with his family, and creating memories whether cheering for his team or sharing the experience with loved ones.

He is survived by his spouse, Vanessa Becker; his three children, Paige Becker (Jill), Derek Becker and Lacey Becker (Tyler); and his four grandchildren, Hayes, Kinsley, Kaden and Olivia. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Nolan Becker and his stepmother Drucilla Becker, and his mother, Elida Menard.

In this time of sorrow, we ask that everyone remember the love that Ricky brought into the lives of those around him. His memory will forever live in the hearts of his family and friends.
