Kaplan—Ross David Vines, 77, passed away Friday, May 3, 2024 at his home. He was born November 10, 1946 to Hamilton Vines and the former Mildred Bunch. He leaves behind family, friends, and loved ones that will cherish his memory.
He is survived by his sons, Doug Vines and Kelly of Gonzales, and Shane Vines and Hope of Galvez; his daughters, Veronica LeMaire and Travis of Kaplan, and April Vines and Bobbie of Gonzales; his sisters, Vivian Ann Vines Moravsky of Greenwell Springs, Jessie Rose "Sissy" Vines Guillaume of Prairieville, and Leona Aileen Vines Walters of Merrit Island, FL; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Melba Watson Vines; two brothers, Hamilton Eugene Vines, and Richard Gilmore Vines; and one sister, Mary Lee Vines Smith.
